Monday running 8,3 km + cycling 8 km
Tuesday gym (core) + cycling 8 km
Wednesday running ~4 km + cycling 8 km
Thursday cycling 8 km
Friday running ~5-6 km
Saturday running ~3-4 km + lazy strolling around
Sunday day-off
