Monday running 8 km
Tuesday cycling 6 km
Wednesday cycling 6 km + gym (legs) 60 min
Thursday running 30 min + cycling 6 km
Friday cycling 6 km + gym (arms) 60 min + walk 3 km
Saturday cycling 6 km + gym (core) 20 min
Sunday running 5 km + powerwalk 3 km
