Monday gym (legs + abs) 60 min
Tuesday running (outdoor) ~4km/~30 min
Wednesday walking ~8km/~1h
Thursday gym (arms + back) 60 min
Friday running (outdoor) ~8km/42 min
Saturday cycling 30 min + a little abs
Sunday gym (legs + abs) 45 min + strolling around
